Don't miss seeing the work of National Geographic photographer Jim Richardson. When he is not traveling the globe on assignment, he works in his own small-town gallery called Small World. It's almost impossible to believe you can find this type of pro in a small Kansas town. Small World shows Richardson's work and sells limited edition prints and a huge assortment of greeting cards. His wife designs beautiful jewelry. I picked up a pair of earrings that I love. There is so much to chose from!
If you want to meet one of America's best photographers, Jim Richardson (employee of National Geographic) and one of the best crafters of jewelry I have every seen, his wife Kathy, this is the place to go. I was honored to have met Jim in the mid 70's when he wrote the book High School USA. It was a compilation of photographs he took and the story of Rossville High School in Kansas. He spent two years making this book and I was fortunate to have been included in his book. Great people and a true Kansas treasure to shop.
This gallery is better than any I've seen living in Wichita. They have amazing jewelry and photography here. I bought my mother a beautiful bracelet last time I came. Hopefully, she agrees!
